Norwegian monarchs also had a medieval Crest.
The illustration is again taken from the Armorial de Gelre and shows the Coat of Arms of Norway in union with Sweden from approximately the end of the 14th Century. The Crest shows a five-pointed fan with a large peacock's feather at the end of each point and with, in front, the crowned golden Norwegian Lion carrying the Axe of St Olaf shown rising from the helm, i.e. only showing the upper half.
The present Crest simply shows the Norwegian Crown.
